At HearClear, we understand that plans can change — and we aim to make the order cancellation process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please review our policy below for details on how cancellations are handled.


Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period:
    You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
    After this window, cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • How to Cancel:
    To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at
    support@icanhearclear.com.
    Be sure to include:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for cancellation

  • Cancellation Confirmation:
    Once we receive your request, we’ll review your order status. If it has not been processed, we’ll confirm the cancellation and begin the refund process.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Processing Time:
    Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Partial Cancellations:
    If only part of your order is canceled, we’ll refund the cost of the canceled items, including applicable taxes and any related shipping charges.

  • If the Order Has Already Shipped:
    If your order has already been shipped before the cancellation request is received, you may still return the items in accordance with our Return Policy.
