Refund policy

At HearClear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly offer a 60-day return policy, giving you peace of mind with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

60-Day Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds and replacements are only applicable in cases of manufacturer defects.

Unfortunately, if more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@icanhearclear.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with our return address. Please note:

  • All returns must be shipped to our facility in China, regardless of your location.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HearClear is not liable for lost returns.

Return Conditions

  • You may try the products, but must retain the original packaging for the return to be accepted.

  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet the return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal care products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or item)

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@icanhearclear.com. Be sure to include:

  1. Photo(s) showing any damage or quality issues.

  2. Photo of the wrong item received (if applicable).

  3. Photo of the original shipping label on the package.

We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no justification required. Items must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping and “Skip the Line” fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@icanhearclear.com.

If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation Fee: A 5% fee will be deducted from your refund if the order is canceled after it has been processed. This covers management, processing, accounting, and transaction fees.
